Kidney stone

2026-08-17 14:56:02
My name is Ajay, and I am 24 years old. I developed a kidney stone three years ago; last year, the stone became lodged in the upper ureter, so I underwent PCNL surgery. The stone measured 15mm, and I have had a stone analysis test done. I used to consume a lot of salt, and I suspect that salt intake was the cause of the stone problem. Please advise me on what dietary changes I should make to prevent this issue from recurring in the future.
