I have a kidney stone at UVJ which is around 5.8mm will this stone pass on its own or do I need to follow more steps. Doctor has given urimax 0.4 there is no pain for now just a sharp pain sometimes during urine. Urine flow is normal and there is no other issues. Attaching my USG REPORT

A 5.8 mm UVJ stone has a reasonable chance of passing naturally. Continue Urimax 0.4 as advised, stay well hydrated, and follow up with your urologist. Seek urgent care if you develop severe pain, fever, vomiting, or reduced urine output.
