This is my grandfather's kft report. The egfr value is 6 and urea is 101. Is it serious.please carefully analyse it.

Yes, this is very serious and requires immediate medical attention. An eGFR of 6 means the kidneys are functioning at only 6% of normal capacity â this is Stage 5 Chronic Kidney Disease (End-Stage Renal Disease). Combined with a creatinine of 7.92 and urea of 101 (both severely elevated), waste products are accumulating in the blood at dangerous levels. If yes than what was his creatinine…If no than it might be acute kidney injuries
