Kidney stone will never be dissolved by medication, they may pass by their own if size will be small like in your case. Gal bladder stone are also not be dissolved usually, drink more water and wait.

Kidney stone of 3.05mm is very small and does not require any treatment. Drink adequate liquids. That's all. Regarding the gall stone, please consult a surgical gastroenterologist to know if it requires any treatment.
