- Drink plenty of water to help flush out bacteria from the urinary tract. - Avoid irritants like caffeine, alcohol, and spicy foods that could worsen symptoms. - Take prescribed antibiotics as directed by your healthcare provider. - Maintain good hygiene by wiping from front to back after using the toilet. - Wear breathable cotton underwear and avoid tight-fitting clothes. - Urinate frequently and empty your bladder completely to prevent bacterial growth. - Use a heating pad on your lower abdomen for comfort if you experience discomfort. - Consult your doctor if symptoms persist or worsen to ensure proper treatment. - Consider cranberry juice or supplements, as they might help prevent UTIs. - Follow up with your healthcare provider for a follow-up appointment if necessary.

You have no t mentioned that how long it's been. If it's been more than 24 hours and nothing happened then it's fine but if lesser than consult a doctor
