Seems like a ganglion. Nothing to be afraid. Go to hospital to surgery department. Get it removed. You will be free from it in a day, forget about it the next day. A local anaesthesia agent will be given and then a very short surgery will be done to remove it. You won't feel pain at all. Until then, please take tablet Augmentin 625mg kne tablet after lunch, one after dinner for seven days.
