Hi , My shoulder joints and knees knuckles often. But I'm not experiencing any pain. Is this even a problem or common?

This is not a problem. It is quite common now a days. Just get yourself evaluated by Physiotherapist,she will guide you  about what pattern of exercises to follow like walking,swimming,some particular exercises or yoga.Also take some calcium rich diet and take morning sunlight. This will help you a lot. You will see the results in a month .

By knuckles I am considering a cracking or popping sound it makes in movement. It is known as crepitus and which is quite common due to friction. If there is no pain, then you should not worry. It could be because of repetitive movement of joints.
Next Steps
crepitus is an early indication of arthritis. If any of your parents have arthritis, then get your self checked as there is a probability then you may also have it.
