Joint problem with Thyroid and Vit D def

I had problems on my both wrists and did a blood test. It was due to Vitamin D deficiency and Thyroid issue. I took medicine for 2 months and stopped medicine a few  day ago. Now i did another blood test. Found a little Thyroid issue and finding a Little pain on my hands diuring nahi night. Kindly suggest any medicine.
