Joint makes noise
Dear sir/madam, i am suffering from an issue, that is i am getting an abnormal sound in my knee joint while i use to get up from laying or sitting position, and sometimes during walking also. Same sometimes happens in other joints also like ankle joint, arm joints etc.
Please help me and suggest me what to do now. And what will the corrective action need to take.
Because of lockdown at present i am not able to reach at doctor's site. So please help me.

Young age joint do crack or make sound . So it's normal .
If it's associated with pain and swelling then needs to be examined and investigates

suggest you to visit phsyiotherapist for 2-3 session for basic excersies for knee hip ankle joint rom excersies and then continue those excersie daily at home
