Jaw pain and heaviness

I feel like my jaw pain and feel like like my gum swelling but when I see they look normal. But there is constant feeling of heaviness in jaw. Also I hear click of jaw when i sleep

See if the pain is severe and shooting like electrical shock , triggered by touching face, chewing, speaking etc...then it is trigeminal neuralgia

Get tab naproxen 500 mg od after for for 3-4 days along with tab rablet 20 mg od empty stomach,if symptoms subside then stop the medication if symptoms recur then consult online
