Can i join gym, eat chicken and milk tea. I had acute viral hepatitis A+E a month ago. Recent report - Total bilirubin - 1.6, Bilirubin ( conjugated ) - 0.9, Bilirubin ( unconjugated ) - 0.7 ,Total protin - 4.6, S. Albumin - 4.6, Globulin - 2.4, SGOT(ast) - 44, SGPT (alt) - 75, GGTP - 64, Alkaline phosphatase - 125.

Hi, please take some more rest. Have home cooked food with less spices n less oil. Avoid outside food n water n no junk food . Have healthy food with lots of fruits n vegetables n nuts too
