Jaundice and high liver enzymes

It's been two months that now at last My billirubin is going down and in yesterday report it was 1.30 bilirubin but my other enzymes like sgot sgpt is 241and 146 respectively and GGT is 600 and ALP is 406 so pls tell me how come this will take go normal with diet
