IVF pregnancy failure

I had my FET(blastocyst) 2 nos  transfer on 26th Feb,12 March beta HCG was done and it is negative, endometrial thickness was fine,both embryos were grade A,uterus condition was good,my fallopian tubes were clipped before the procedure after all this it's still negative what could be the reason,I am loosing hope of being a mother kindly give your suggestions

I don't know why you don't consult with your Gynaecologist who did the embryo transfer. He may tell the reason why the IVF has failed.

I'm sorry to hear this. Was pgd done ? Also, even if everything is done right .. procedures have failure rates. Please do not be disheartend.
