What could be reason of IUI failure? Sperm count after wash was 101 milion with 96% mobility...wife had 3 egg matured at time of IUI... medicine and injection all was done...other than irregular period there is no issues with wife.

IUI is only as effective as a natural intercourse as far as pregnancy is concerned. You may conceive after first IUI. You may also face repeated failures.
