My right eye is paining and is red. I have dry eyes problem and both my eyes stay watery on most days. Please suggest some medicine and treatment.

1st please get your eyes testing done. it maybe due to refractory error. other problems  maybe  dryness and  allergy and maybe  subclinical infection.  so either share your close-up pic and detailed history or consult an ophthalmologist nearby.

Please consult an ophthalmologist to confirm that u do in fact have dry eye. There are other diseases that can cause similar symptoms. If u do have dryness, then try OPTIVE eye drops 6-8 times per day, LACRIGEL eye ointment before bedtime, Capsule OSMEGA 500 once daily for 2-3 months.
