An area (dot like) on my inner left thigh has been itching since 4 days. I've applied Itch Guard from 4 days, but it still itches. What is this and how do I treat this?

Jock itch that means fungal infection can be easily treated with oral medicine and cream. Please don't self treat with any cream without knowledge of where to use which one. Please consult online for proper treatment
