Itchy anus

2023-06-11 14:28:03
Since 4 days I have been having a very itchy anus. Strangely its worse at night and unbearable. I cannot even sleep peacefully. I have no other symptoms of bleeding, pain, weightloss nor have I noticed any worms in my stool. The GP i consulted thinks it could be skin related due to the heat. He has given me a chlopheniramine tablet and an ointment since 2 days but not seeing any major changes. Is this signs of something else?

Maybe pile Do you constipated? Smoking drink? Or more salt or sour food intake?
