Doctor, I've been experiencing irritation and itching around the skin/fold near my anus for the past several days. I'm not sure what could be causing it. It isn't clearly visible when | look normally, but when I gently spread the area, I can see what looks like some kind of skin irritation or possible infection. Could you please advise me on what this might be and what I should do? If you recommend any cream or ointment, please let me know which one would be appropriate.
