Health Tips
Maintain proper genital hygiene by washing the area once or twice daily with lukewarm water and a mild, fragrance-free soap, avoiding harsh antiseptics or strong body washes. If uncircumcised, gently retract the foreskin, clean underneath, and dry thoroughly before replacing it. Always pat dry instead of rubbing, as moisture promotes fungal infection. Wear loose cotton underwear, change it daily (or twice if sweating), avoid tight clothing, and do not stay in sweaty clothes after workouts. Keep nails trimmed to prevent skin damage from scratching, avoid sharing towels, and do not use steroid creams or random home remedies without proper diagnosis.
