Itching in Vaginal area

From last 15 days it is been noticed that there is itching in the vaginal area out side and inside. But from last few days it has increased too much. Very uncomfortable. Sometimes there is discharge also. pls help.

Take Tablet Ketoconazole 200 mg twice a day for 5 days Tablet Levocetrizine twice a day for 3 days Cansoft CL vaginal pessary at bedtime for 6 days when not having periods
