I have severe itching around groin area , vulva  Started on canditral sb , luliconazole morning and terbenafine hs since  almost 1 week by a dermatologist. But I have no improvement and lesion is extended to perineal area. And I had severe itching at night . I'm waking up due to severe itching Morning it's ok Should i continue the same creams or should I change it I feel no improvement and itching has not reduced even after taking antihistamines kindly advise

It's Fungus or yeast infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes,towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation by sending photos.
