Itching around vaginal area

I have itching around vaginal area since 5 days , with white discharge, vaginal area is slight reddish. Itching is more during night and it disturbs my sleep. Please suggest me remedy for this problem. Note: I'm breastfeeding my 9 months old baby. Many thanks in advance.
