There is a itching and swelling at my leg from 3 days please advise . Heavy pain from last 3 days Was playing in sand last week I think some bugs were there

Dip  your  legs in hot water for fomentation   dry and apply Betnovite n take tab Citriz 1 0 mg at bed time
