Issue similar to urinary incontinence

This started 2 days ago, and I started to leak some drops of urine overnight when I was asleep. Now it's become more often and there is leak to some extent even during the day. I need to know why this is happening and if there is a way to fix this? I have started with kegal exercise during the day, however doesn't seem to reduce. Please suggest as to how to go about this, since it's very embarrassing

Maintain frequency volume chart. Rule out UTI. Do u get increased frequency of urination and urge to pass urine. Does wetting episodes happen while cough sneeze or physical activity. History is important here. Consult urologist / uro gynae. Not very urgent but it would help
