My baby is 42 days old. She is on breast feeding. Once are twice I fed her lactogen as she was more hungry. From that day she is not pooping regularly. It's been 4 days she didn't pass motion. Will it affect my babies health?

As you are giving formula so kindly recheck the preparation method of formula....passing hard stool or not? If passing normal stool then no worries...
