Issue related to constipation

Hi, Am facing constipation and also because of this had pain during stool movement..so having cremaffin for more than 15 days in little amount less than 2ml..will this cause any issue? Pain in anus may be due to anal fissure?. Any remedy for it.

Drink plenty of water.4 litres per day. Avoid spicy and oily food . Avoid outside food. Have high fibre diet. Have green leafy vegetables and fruits. Have Isabgol powder 2 teaspoon at night with warm water. Do SITZ bath ( tak a bucket full of warm water mix 5 ml of betadine liquid and sit in it for 30 min 3 times in a day everyday. Do some physical exercises on a regular basis
