Is water flossing as good as regular?

I want to include flossing in my dental care routine and recently came across water flossing. It looks like a convenient option. Wanted to check whether water flossing is considered as effective as regular wire flossing.

I am personally using ORACURA water flosser.  Convenient and effective. Best part is that it has no risk of hurting your gums or dislodged crowns. However,  when using it around crowns, you must remember to bite your teeth to negate chances of crown dislodgement.

Water flossing using a Water Pick or a Water Flosser before or after brushing or when something is stuck in between your teeth is a very good practice for maintaining good oral hygiene.
