Is this pneumonia?

My mother is a lung cancer patient with near complete  resolution.. She was on immunotherapy.. She has low oxygen level.. Her HRCT study of Thorax shows fibro atelectatic changes in right upper lobe apical segment, cut off of airway. Early bronchietatic changes. Ground glass opacity with prominent septal markings (Recticular opacities) bilaterally Is this pneumonia? What is this condition? Can this be cured? Please reply 🙏
