I hve pain 1. in hip joint knee ankle buttocks and lower back 2. pain is like sharp and pinching 3. also radiates into thigh amd groin 4. hip joint hurts when siting cross legged 5. also while climbing stairs 6.sta ding up from sitting position 7. Pain is also there while lying down. Mri report and x ray attached

Consult Now
If MRI reports AVN then go for appropriate surgical treatment for AVN. It is this initial presentation that one has to confirm AVN diagnosis and get treated accordingly.
Next Steps
MRI predeedes xray changes by 4-6 months. Initial stage surgeries are hip conserving. In late stages, hip sacrificing; mostly THR is done.
