Is there treatment

I have slight chest pain(1month,) on both side and flank pain and now abdominal pain on both side from 5-6 days . Ultrasound report says - acalculous cholecystitis, pancreatitis and kidney stones on right side 3 mm , endoscopy showed gastritis ... please tell me if there is treatment for cholecystitis without stone ...I don't want to get surgery
