Cow urine is used in Ayurveda, but for UTI it is not the first choice. Better take safe and effective herbs like Varunadi Kashayam, Punarnava, or Gokshura. Drink plenty of warm water and avoid spicy food.
Next Steps
Do a urine culture test if not done yet. Start Ayurvedic UTI treatment under supervision. If pain continues, ultrasound of kidneys and bladder may be needed.

Gomutra (distilled cow urine) is traditionally used in Ayurveda for its antimicrobial and detoxifying properties, and in some chronic UTI cases, it may offer supportive benefits. However, it should only be taken in purified form and under supervision. Self-medication may worsen symptoms or cause side effects. Please consult an experienced Ayurvedic physician before starting it.

Cow urine is not suitable for all human beings, as it is "Ushna" (hot) in potency.
Next Steps
Consult Ayurvedic Vaidya, who will advise herbal medications according to one's Prakriti and vitiation of Dosha.
Health Tips
instead of cow urine, daily start taking coriander seed water to flush out toxins in the urine and prevent recurrent urine infection.
