sugar imbalance, dehydration or lack of proper nutritious meals.

Here are some dietary tips you can follow:
-Make sure you consume three major meals with two small meals (mid morning and snacks) to help you manage your appetite.
-When meals lack adequate protein, you feel hungry or face energy slumps. Make sure you include at least one source of good quality protein (dals, pulses, low fat paneer, soybean, tofu, egg whites, fish or chicken) in each of your major meals.
-Do follow the ideal plate method and fill half portion of your plate with green vegetable (soups, salads, green vegetable, stir fry).
-The combination of fibre and protein helps you fill full for longer time and manage appetite.
-Do keep dry fruits, dates or anjeer nearby and can be consumed in between meals.
-Make sure you are hydrated well and consume 2 to 2.5L of water daily.
