Is stage 3 cancer curable?

I am male in age of 36 and have got diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in the stage 3. what am I supposed to do now? Should I go ahead with medicines or natural treatments? Primary thing is my cancer at stage 3 going to get completely cured or it will provide only partial relief.

Need to ct scan images once.. If operable you need surgery then chemotherapy and or radiation If inoperable neoadjuvant chemo then surgery.. Prognosis dependa on complete removal ot tumor and proper treatment.. Altrernative medicines are not going to help...
