If the cavities are small they can be filled,or if he is having pain or if the cavity s deep then they can do kids ka rct.try to maintain thos teeth n position rather than removing them els it may affect the eruption of permanent teeth and crowding cn occur . the cost cn be from 2.5-3.5k

Thank you madam/sir for the question. Without seeing the cavities I am unfortunately unable to tell whether it needs a root canal or a simple filling. The purpose of doing a root canal in a milk tooth is preserve it till the permanent one erupts and also to allow normal speech and Jaw development to occur. You may kindly show the child if required.
