I have come across various advantages of red rice by many articles . is it true ? consuption of red rice is safe? how many times we can take ut in a day? we can use it as replacement for for our daily white rice? is it used to for diabetic ones

According to ayurveda ,red rice (raksta shali) is best compair to all other cereals. Easy to digest,rich in minerals. It helps to balance  tridosha and in excess thirsty feel it helps to reduce it . Adding red rice daily diet won't increase the sugarless if it is in limited quantity. Thier is no side effects or harms by regular use in sufficient quantities to the body needs .
