My cousin sis has been diagnosed with psychosis delusions hallucination 2 months ago. Treatment not showing any improvement. Shes taking arpizol 5mg, feliz s 10mg n arpizol mg.but still no improvement. She's hearing voices,she think people are going kill her, She's saying crows are talking to her, She's thinking that she has magical powers, She says she's a hijra n alot of negative thoughts. Shes 28 years old. Was completely normal before. How long does psychosis last? Should she take treatment for lifelong? But she does her hygiene and cooking properly. How long should she take treatment?
