Hello Doctors, I  would like to tell you my whole medical  history,Since one year I was taking treatment for conception but failed ,so doctor finally suggested for HSG in that my bilateral tubal blockages found,hence recently I have undergone through Hysterolaproscopy in that doctor cleared my both tubal blockages and diagnosed genital TB, Endometriosis and adenomyosis ,so now I'm currently taking AKT 4 for TB and leupride 11.25mg for adenomyosis and endometriosis ,I there any chance of natural conception.and my husbands semen analysis is normal.

Conception is possible but u should require treatment under infertility specialist and there is increased risk of abortions
