I will prefer you to go for deep cleaning once again coz there are high probability your issue will be resolved after a deep cleaning + maintaining good oral hygiene & using mouthwash if still after deep cleaning the issue is not resolved then go for lanap …. try simpler procedures first even if that doesn’t help then go for other procedures.

Hi, I suggest you get an X-Ray IOPA/RVG taken for the tooth where the swelling is seen. This is to rule out any periapical infection to the tooth. In the OPG no significant cause can be seen.

Opg doesn’t reveal anything as such. Cold sores along with fever could be unrelated to the bump in your oral cavity if only scaling could resolve the problem. My suggestion would be to get yourself physically examined by a qualified dentist.
