Is it tissue or blood or watermelon??

Today I seen some watermelon type small dots in stool and it is attached to stool is it means Blood or tissue or watermelon?? I ate it 1-2 days back is it means my tissue is coming with stool? Is it means rectal or colon cancer?? Or normal?? It didn't looked liked blood but like small red dots like tissue or watermelon im depressed n stress age is 21 rectal pain while stool and anal burning

According to your sign and symptoms you are suffering from some inflammation in the stool with pain and burning . Actually Color of stool depend on the food that you have taken in the diet so you shouldn’t worry so much on the basis of THat sign and symptom. For correct reason you should stool test . If in the stool test there is no any abnormalities then Do Endoscopy of Lower GIT area.
Next Steps
You can take treatment as follow as on the basis current symptoms- Cap Pantop dsr 1 time per day for 3 day before food Tab Flagyl 400 mg 2 times per day for 3 day after food.
