Good case * 37 years - Female * Gall bladder stones of size 16mm * In Ayurveda, it is called as PITTAJA ASHMARI, where it is due to hardest deposits of bile. * Here in this context Pitta is referred to bile and Ashmari is referred as stones. * In Ayurveda, Management of Stones has been told as TARUNA ASHMARI (which is recently origined) can be sadhya (curable) and PURANA ASHMARI (which is of many years) is usually SHASTRA SADHYA (Surgical). * Ayurvedic medications in such Ashmari cases are to be choosen as BHEDHANA PROPERTY DRUGS that means the drugs which has power to eliminate the stones. For eg: Pashabedha churna, Shigru churna, Katuki churna, Gostone tablets etc., can help your condition. * But 16mm Asymptomatic stones required much patience atleast it will take time of 3 - 6 months. * And we also have to check whether it is obstructive or non obstructive. Usually Asymptomatic gall bladder stones are Non obstructive.
Next Steps
* Right now, I advise to take 3-4 lits of  BARLEY WATER daily. * Avoid High Cholesterol diet which creates more cholesterol deposits over stones. * Avoid High calcium diet like milk and dietary products, Meat and chicken, Tomatoes, eggs etc.,                          ** Thank You **

Yes...it's possible. We dissolve that stone through medicine and then excrete it out via anus through appropriate laxative. I've cured such cases.

That’s a very good and practical question 🙏 You’re 37, have a **Cholelithiasis** (gall bladder stone) measuring **16 mm**, and **no symptoms** (no pain or digestion issues). Let’s look at this carefully — both **medically** and **Ayurvedically** 👇 --- ## 🧠 Medical Science View * Gall bladder stones (especially **cholesterol stones**) often remain **silent** for years and may never cause a problem. * Surgery (gall bladder removal) is **not mandatory** if: * There is **no pain or inflammation**, * The stone is **stable**, and * Liver function is normal. * But if pain, infection, jaundice, or blockage occurs — then **surgery is usually recommended** because stones rarely dissolve on their own at this size. * Certain small stones (

Gallbladder stones of 16 mm size usually do not dissolve completely with medicines. Ayurveda can help prevent increase in size, reduce recurrence, and manage digestion and liver function. If there’s no pain, it can be managed conservatively with regular monitoring. I suggest you consult me for a personalized plan.
