I have tested this report Please suggest me whether it is normal report or not And what shall I do to even reduce it more

All reports are normal. Normal range of FBS = 90 to 110mg/ dl Normal range of PLBS = 145 mg/ dl Hba1c = 5.7 to 6.5( normal range) By looking  all these reports  ,you can say that you are non - diabetic

Results are normal.As long as fasting glucose level and HBA1C remain within the normal limits you don't need to try to reduce it.Instead you can practice healthy diet habits and do regular exercise for 30 minutes a day for 5 days in a week.
