Headache for several weeks on and off No resolved by water or coffee, Aleve helps sometimes Today very fast onset of nausea - spit up only Took Enalapril for hypertension over a year ago Gained weight and lot of stress at home. Migraines in the past - Midrin worked well Is it hypertension/ migraine/ or something else?

Hi, You should get it clinically examined. Blood pressure definitely needs to be monitored. A detailed history regarding headache, aggravating on exposure to sunlight, noise, lack of sleep may give a better idea. If there is any stress that should also be relieved for headache control Migraine is definitely one of the possibility.
