Last month I took primolut-n as my periods were delayed but I am still facing side effects🤦 After the periods I am having issue of vaginal pain. can I treat it with Ayurvedic remedy or medicine? Kindly suggest, also some ayurvedic medicine to get regular periods

Ayurveda has got very good uterine tonics like ashokaristha , shatavari etc. Avoid taking allopathic medicines for periods delay as they are hormonal tablets.It is always advisable to take ayurvedic treatment at your age as they are natural herbs n will not disturb your hormones.
