This was the first time i was diagnosed with sinusitis(accute for now), it been a month, and after taking medications, the symptoms are totally under control, i can breathe properly, mucus has reduced 90% etc.
CT PNS taken before (before the symptom reduced )shows these anatomical variants and sinusitis
1. Mildly deviated septum
2. Partial paradoxical turn of the turbinates
3. Pansinusitis with fluid levels
Doctor has suggested fess to widen blockage, septoplasty to correct mildly deviated septum, and turbinectomy .
Since this is my first time ever getting sinusitis and that all symptoms are very much under control do i really need all three of the above procedures?
