Is benfomet plus a multivitamin tablets? Plz let me know. Also recommend few other good multivitamin tab. Thanks

It only contains benfotiamine(a form of thiamine,b1 vitamin)and b12 another form methylcobalamime,,, Should not use multivamim tablets unnecessarily as they may casue over dose Consult your physician to check for if there is any need for mulltivits
