Should I be concerned over spotting between periods? I recently went on a trekking trip and i started having spotting right after I came back. I previously had irregular periods too. But this is the first time I am having spotting right in the middle of my cycle. Do i need to seek consultation for it? Or can I overlook it?

You should consult a Gynaecologist in your area for a physical examination including a speculum examination. You could be having a vaginal infection.

Need to be investigated if ur spotting before 21 days counting from day one of the periods or more than 7 days in ur periods
