Hi ,iam 20 yrs old and my weight is 80kg , I really want to loose weight , atleast 15 kgs in 3 months , what type of diet should I follow and which exercise to be done?

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

First follow liquid diet for 7-10days Then soft diet follow for 10 days Then Normal diet for 7-10days. Stop eating outside Drink water 16glasses daily High fibre diet
