Irregular periods since three years.4 or 5 periods occurred in a year. Present problem no menstrual periods occurred from four months .l have no over bleeding problem.

peri-menopausal period...cycles become irregular...get serum FSH ,n TVS uterus n adenexa done

This is perimenopausal age.If you have doubt of pregnancy just rule out with pregnancy test.If negative get done TSH level and FSH level to know whether it is menopause or not.

You are facing peri menopausal changes. Only thing to rule out is accidental pregnancy which can occur rarely at this age. Gradually menopause shall be attained if no other changes seen.
