Irregular periods and changes happening

Have been having irregular periods for last 3 years they come every 2 months now. Have fibroids too 2 of them 4 cm and 3 cm. Last two months have started having anxiety , sleepless ness and of late feel very hot at times , feel tired and just fatigued most of the time .. also sometimes have soreness in my Breasts
