I had suffered from irregular period  .then i started meditation,yoga and intake of beetroot juice.then periods are coming on . Suddenly,due to some personal reasons I can't do exercise and again my periods are being irregular.One year ago my lh value is 27 and fsh value is 11 .And other hormone tests are showing norml value.Should i repeat the test.can it cause infertility . What should I do?
